Thoughts

So went and sore a new phycologist yesterday and hes givin me homework to write down my thoughts coz i mentioned obssesive thinking to him. Now I am having real trouble actually doing this. I find it real hard to get in touch with watz going on in my head. I cant even get in touch with any emotion im like a friggen rock.
Anyone else have similar troubles ? would like to hear bout it

I know exactly what I'm thinking... until I have to explain to someone.
