SP in the Morning

For some reason with me, it affects me in the morning, right when I wake up, and after school, but half way through the day I just don't care anymore, and i'm fine, unless i'm walking with a bunch of people in the hall, then i'm alittle sketchy..anyway to fix this or explain this in the morning?

I used to feel exaxtly like this. Now I just give myself more space in the morning. Not a 'fix' I suppose, but it's better I think to be distant some of the time if it can help you be happy. If indeed it does, of course.

Usually I'm very moody in the morning. I hate the feeling of waking up in the morning, especially if I know today there will be some task I dislike at work, feel soooo... hard and so bad to get up. Maybe not the same as yours because with regards to SP, it affects me throughout the day, but in the morning, due to my bad mood, it's kinda add to the fear I feel.
Hmm no solution...I'm also wondering why...?

Some people are just not morning people.I always feel worse in the morning.Although sp affect me all day my be you're just not a morning person and sp just makes it worse.

And let all those who agree say Aye. "AYE" Can totally relate to the morning thing.I absolutely hate it too.SP is at its absolute max for me.
Monday morning would have to be the worst of all.I stay up as late as I can on Sunday night trying to put off the Monday morning thing.Stupid thing is the morning comes round a damn site quicker anyway.
Best thing I've found to help is to try to avoid lying in bed thinking about it and get up earlier and make yourself busy.Anything that helps is good ! :)
