Ok, let's see
These are the things I'm taking daily
I drink sage tea twice a day
I take tablets of the following: magnesium, zoloft 50, Calmoreal supplement (has herb extracs like kava kava, valerian, skullcap, etc.), and 1 mg klonopin
I haven't done iontophoresis for a month now
It's been two weeks since I've been to the gym
However, my sweating is drastocally decreased, I don't know if it has to do with the cooler temperature, but something is WORKING
could it be the sage?
I've also been having extreme diarrhea and was adviced to go off the herbs as they may be causing it (sage and another herb i boil and drink, dunno what's it called, but the guy said it helps in decreasing sweat, might this be it, i'll see if I can get its name)
I'm very intrigued and will see what I can find out
I am now a STRONG BELIEVE that with something natural we can control our hyperhidrosis, even if it takes a LONG while. I mean I'm 25 and have been sweating like a pig since I was 13, so it'll take at least a good year of using the right herbs to at least make a difference. I am reserching much about herbs, recently about ones that have cooling effects, like dandelion. I'll report back.
