I have been having bad dreams for several days now, and for some reason the dreams are about me trying to fight something. I strike out at whatever it is in my sleep and this has become a serious problem for my spouse. 2 days ago, I kicked around at her legs, and today I hit her more than once before I awoke and realized what I was doing.

I cannot allow this anymore, for fear of hurting her. Is there anything that can be done about this? I am not on any drugs or medication, nor do I drink alcohol, but I have recently been having to drink much more caffeine than I have ever before, due to my current location.

Huh?! Sleep spitting?! Wow, guys. Apart of me wishes I could trade with you guys. Thing is though, I wouldn't wish this crap on my worst enemy.

I have been up most of the morning, with my fiance trying to find out as much as possible about this issue. So far we've narrowed the culpret down to my recent over-intake of caffeine and meat products. In the past, I have been known to get headaches from consuming both and; if right before bedtime, have vivid and scary nightmares. All we know for certain though is this cannot happen again.
