I have been prescribed 10mg which isn't very high, hopefully I won't get too many side effects.
I have heard amazing things and bad things so all I can do is report what happens, I understand it takes at least 2 weeks+ to notice a difference.
I plan to do some home CBT and hopefully tackle thinking patterns, automatic responses etc.
