What are the best times of you life?

Whenever I think of the good times they always involve socialising with other people. Friends I've made and things I've done with them. It's funny how people with SA seem to avoid, or be afraid, of what they want the most. But in the rare times you can do it, it's the best thing you could want.

It's that time of year.. Work/school Christmas functions

I'm sure many of you are not looking forward to the work Christmas/end of year social. Well its that time of year, the worst time of year for someone with SA. We could be positive and say 'Go to it, you may like it', but no, I only tolerate these people during the day because I get paid to...

    Questions I hate

As a sufferer of SA, I hate the following questions: What have you got planned for the weekend? (there are only so many times you can get away with 'not much') How was your weekend? (alright, just don't ask what I did) What did you get up to on the weekend? (you had to ask) Seems like I...

How long have you been getting treatment?

I've been getting treatment for SA for four years now, I'm 29. I was on Paroxetine for about 3 years and am now on Venlafaxine and Mirtazapine. I am slowly getting better (I think), but at this rate by the time I am 100 I may be cured.
