I am 22 yr old girl, I have had SA symptoms my whole life....getting worse the older I get. I live in a small town in the Shuswap (in bc) There arent any groups that I am aware of in my area and Id love to know of someone somewhere near where I am who may want to chat??? I feel very alone here...

So Im new too all of this...the reason I even found this helpful site is I was trying to find as much info as I could on SA. I need to try to get my bf to understand what its like, I know he wants to help but when I try to explain how I feel my mind goes blank and I cant really explain anything...
