I was just wondering how other Australians pay for their sessions with their doctors or practitioners. Medicare or private health care or straight out cash, etc?

Does anyone else here experience problems with their job? It is hell for me, especially since it is retail so I have to serve customers all day. Thankfully it is only part-time, so I only go there 3 days a week but occasionally I just can't bring myself to get on the packed bus on the way there...
