What is everyone's opinion on taking a benzodiazapine on a long term basis. I used to take .5mg Klonopin 3X daily. I stopped and feel horrible I was pressured to quit by my social worker. I'm going back on it starting Thursday, the chronic anxiety is too much for me right now.

Does anyone know of a homeopathic or herbal supplement that works as well or almost as well as Klonopin. I need to get off it because of dependence to it. Thanks in advance.
