My names Rachel and I'm 17. I've been on this site before and didn't post to much but I'm looking for people to talk to that can relate to what it's like having social phobia. Nobody in my life really understands what it's like ::(:

My meds mostly deal with my depression but have made almost no difference in my anxiety. What meds have worked for you guys? :confused:

I take meds for social phobia and depression and then meds to control the 'bipolar' symptoms I get from the depression meds. Any advice... help?
