Hi all,
I've added a page to the website of SA West (Bristol SA support group). It provides a list of local SA resources for the SA people of Bristol, but it also provides a list of useful websites like a free self-help ebook and free online CBT courses and links to info on related issues such as shy bladder syndrome (being unable to go when people are around).
