Well I went to get some more probanthine today and been told basically none more left and it's stopped being manufactured (as mentioned on here previously).
I wish I had stocked up loads before as only thing which helps.

Anyone recommend any other tablets ? either prescription or not.
:confused:::(:

Well I would try to stick with a quaternary amonium compound as it doesn't readily cross the blood/brain barrier and therefore minimizes the side effects...From a reputable source called wikipedia (yeah, yeah) I acquired the following list:

Benzilone
Mepenzolate
Pipenzolate
Glycopyrronium
Oxyphenonium
Penthienate
Methantheline
Propantheline
Otilonium bromide
Tridihexethyl
Isopropamide
Hexocyclium
Poldine
Bevonium
Diphemanil
Tiemonium iodide
Prifinium bromide
Timepidium bromide
Fenpiverinium

Some though aren't available for oral use but for instance are used for bronchodilation for people with COPD. AFAIK, glycopyrronium bromide/glycopyrrolate (robinul, avert) is most well known here on this forum and in Germany there are some case reports about methantheline bromide (Vagantin) being used for hyperhidrosis.

Not sure about the others although they should all do more or less the same thing (albeit, for many oral bio availability is low which is a shame particularly for the longer lasting ones). You should check if one of these is available to you in your country through the health care system (unfortunately here in the Netherlands that's quite a problem) and otherwise you could order online somewhere but TBH I haven't yet dared to go that route so I can't recommend it.

Side note; what is your experience with probanthine (propantheline bromide).
