Possible help: Meditation

Hey guys, I think a lot of you (for real) mistake general anxiety for hyperhidrosis. Now, looking at this forum, undoubtebtly there are some people with legitimate hyperhidrosis. But I think (everyone) should try meditating.

Meditation is when you try to clear your head of thoughts. Count backwards from 20, and try not to think about anything. Keep your mind completely blank. Focus on your breath, or the black space of the inside of your closed eyes. DONT DO THIS IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER, NUBCAKE. Do it in bed, before you go to sleep.

Post back your results. This has GREATLY reduced my sweating in social situations, but my hands still sweat when I'm on the computer, writing, or playing video games.

Or you can just post back "stfu this won't work."
