Oh I screwed up

So lately everyone has told me my face has changed. I figured I just lost baby fat. But I go to the dentist and he tells me that I grinded my teeth down pretty good. I'm thinking that this has something to do with the way I look now.

How does this relate to social phobia you might be asking? Well the anxiety makes me grind my teeth. oof, theres nothing that can be done to correct this that isn't a complicated procedure. I think I'm pretty screwe unless someone can reassure me or has any ideas.

I'm really pissed off about this. I think I might get caps but they are expensive and hurt.

A guard can really help. Grinders often get headaches too. And it can lead to TMJ. My ex-gf used one and it helped her a lot.
