Hi everyone I am glad I have found this site, I was a member for over a year but I have been inactive so I re-activated my account, I suffer from servere sp/sa with depression and like so many here would like to learn how to cope with our problems.
A little bit about myself I have been suffering from sp/sa since I was a young child and it really didn't take off until I was a teenager and it has been really debilating to all aspects of my life eg.) school, work, friends, family.
I am so glad I found this place
