: I have been off school about 3 years now because sa, gad and severe depression it still hasn't got any better and need to something with my life so im going back to school, and I need medication to do it, CBT will never change me alone in 1 months.
What are the best drugs for social anxiety and gad ? I mean no alternative like vitamins and herbs.
SSRI only works afhter 6 weeks, then I got the option benzos but you can only try them 1-2 weeks or else addiction and rebound ?
And what about prenibut or bacfelonen or something don't no the name..

without im probaly doomed (some people say that the drugs don't work? , It can give me the push or else another wasted year)
