Hi to your all ,
So im a normal 17 year old teenager , with the all day crap like school and stupid friends and so on and so on ...
I've noticed my sweating in my early 13teens , when a couple of my friends told me i have rings under my armpit. At first i didn't know why it was and why do I sweat. I thought it was because of my age and going true puberty , but it seemed my fellow classmates didnt had this problem.
Then the usual stuffs about HH .. no more colourful T-shirts nor cloth that may show the gigantic rings under my arm..
In the last yeas i have decided to try severeal methods . Certain Dry seemed to helped me with combination of Old Spice Pro Strenght + Johnsons Baby Powder . These 3 combined together made my summer in the US easier and made me more confident! But when i came back to my home country its seems that they stopped working all of the sudden .. i was sitting in front of my PC when literally my arpits were DRIPPING .
I have tried some herbal remedies but didnt have any progress... and i saw the book stop sweating and star living . I was able to download the book without payng anything . And i have tried the method with the loofa and it seemed to helped me alot. I mean now i dont sweat at all when im home , for me this is really big success ! But when im outside i sweat , but less than before . Im only on day 4 and i see some progress.
Another trick i use , i wear sports cloths and brands like Adidas , Puma and so on , and their clothes ( atlest the most of them) are made from POLYESTER . It seems that Polyester material absorbs sweat and even if u sweat it doesnt leave any sweat rings and so on. So this is my tactic for the summer and when i have to wear a T-shirt.
So i just wanted to tell you that there are always ways to live normaly or make it like you are a normal person even if u have HH.
