just wondering if this worked for anyone

this is just one of my many problems but i find it the weirdest. Ill be watching a movie or tv and a situation comes up where a character is put in a really awkward or embarrassing situation. For some reason it makes me feel embarrassed as if it was me in that situation and i just cant watch it...
