hello there, thank you for welcome me to this forum with open arms. yes I am finding this fourm understanding and helpful .knowing that there is people out there in the same boat as me helps me understand and in some degree accept S.A but I'm sure like most people we wish we didn't have S.A having our minds telling us people are watching we stand out we are being judged all the time .
