There is this one girl at my school, and well, I guess everyone knows the rest... I'm too afraid to talk to her, and I don't know what to say. Everytime I feel like I'm worthless compared to her or anyone else. I want to let her know, but I don't want to just walk up and say something like...

So I found out about avpd and social phobia and about the same time. I read through it and have to say I fit both pretty well, unfortunatly... I just want to know what's the main difference because they seem basically the same, and is it common to have both?

So... It seems I'm new here... and we're all the same right? the thing is, I'm not sure if I have it or not, I can relate to like all the signs, but it seems like I'm trying to be this way or something... I just don't know.
