I have struggled with social phobia for a long time. for some reason I have always felt like Im going to vomit, but never have. I feel like I need to escape, and when I do, I calm down, sometimes it takes awhile. Does anyone else feel like this too?

Just wanted to say hello. Anyone from Indiana? Sometime soon I will share my ongoing struggle that I have with social phobia / agoraphobia. This sounds like the place to vent. Hope to get some good feedback.
