Hi there... Don't worry about it too much. I do have friends who are also having or rather used to have hard times due to their innate difficulties. One is blind, the other can't walk. And they both are doing very fine last I heard from them.

Have you thought about freelancing on the internet? Outsource to Freelancers, IT Companies, Programmers, Web Designers from India, Russia, USA, and more - oDesk and such sites offer people to work from homes.

Btw, Jennifer is kind of an unusual name for a guy, no? (Yeah... so is dronee, but then again, I thought that was a joke most people would get, but they don't lol)
