Himalaya

A mother and wife living in a foreign country. I've had social phobia for as long as I can remember. Its gotten way worse now that I have isolated myself from any friends I had back home (in the UK where I was born).
My husband is really outgoing and doesn't understand my phobia. Its the cause of many arguments. "again because of your fucking social phobia" is a regular comeback :-/
I really need to find someone else who is experiencing these same issues, to chat to, to support each other, tips, vent etc.
