Hi Everyone,this is my first time on here.I believe i have social phbia and maybe a slight bit of selective mutism as well.Ive suffered for the past 4 years.Ive got a doctors appointment in a coulple of weeks so hopefully guna get reffered to someone who can help.just working out how to write messages before i explain my problems.
