Meditation

I've just read up that this can actually help you with hh (a fellow hh sufferer recommended it), and I can see how it would. To be able to calm yourself down each time your hh acts up, and have more control over your body...because,as I do see hh being something that can't be controlled for the most part, alot of it has to do with nerves, I think. The anxiety and nervousness make the sweating "fits" worse. If I had more control over my nerves, maybe it would taper off a bit. I'd like to know what you all think of this.

I'm obviously no meditation expert, but if you can't control your nerves and if you always have hh in the back of your mind, meditation won't help much, unless you have an instructor to help you. Doing it on your own probably won't make much of a difference. I know this sounds kinda silly, but if your mind races around all the time due to being nervous, your meditation might be influenced by it as well, even though you are doing meditation to stop it.

I give this advice on the back of experience, but my mind was in a very bad nervous state so the effect may not be the same on you. Try it, and if it does help to calm you, then continue because it is very good. Good luck.:)
