Hi There, it's been a very very long time I logged on to the site and provide any kind of update.
I have changed jobs multiple times, 3 times in 3 years. Every time I changed, I got a pay increment. I managed to get the job as I excelled the interviews. But somehow, my anxiety showed up during the stint, and that possibly might be one of the triggers that caused me to look for another job for a fresh start.
I realised, after changing jobs, I got better personally, skillwise etc. This shows that as long as I continue to challenge myself, I will definitely get better. I had fears but my experience has shown that to change oneself, we need to consistently challenge ourselves.
Everything comes with practice and persistence. A challenge can be the inability to look into one's eyes or talking to people. That is a challenge, and we try to overcome this by consistently practicing looking into peoples' eyes everyday in our conversations.
I had a terrible anxiety issues and depression where I could not even take the bus last time. Now, I still have anxiety, but the difference is that, I am able to manage and control it before it controls me.
Thanks.
