Intrusive interruptions

So when I to think, sometimes my intrusive thoughts interrupt the sentences I'm thinking.
So I think "I just want..."
And it interrupts as "to die!" when i don't, and i actually wanted the sentence to go like so: "I just want this to be over, so i can enjoy myself" or something.
its really really anxiety provoking because I don't want to die, and have no desire to die, and ugh.
Anyone else get interrupted?

That happens to me too. When I get these intrusive thoughts, I know that's not how I feel and that I've been getting thoughts like that for a long time.

I don't know why I was cursed with this mind::(:

Yeah, happens all the time. They are called intrusive thoughts for a reason; they are uncontrollable, discomforting and come about at the most inconveniant times. Try to finish your original thought when this happens, instead of letting OCD finish it for you. Don't acknowledge the lies and you will find your truth again.

This happens to me too. Yesterday I was talking to a friend and he kept asking me to do something, it went like this 'could you-' then I'd get the thought; '-kill me'. Which would completely cut out the rest of what he was saying.

It ended up being a horrible circle of;

'could you-'
*intrusive thought*
'sorry what was that 0_0'
'could you-'
*intrusive thought*
'sorry didn't quite catch it again..'
'could you please-'
'I think I'm busy, sorry'.
