I'd like to recommend a book

One of the therapists I saw recommended it and it has a lot of good advice. You might want to check it out. You have to do the exercises in the book for it to work though and be religious about it. In the past, when it was recommended to me, I just didn't want to spend the time doing the exercises. Now I am and they are helping me. I've been to a lot of therapists over the years and they have used techniques that are straight out of this book. If you went to a therapist(and if you can afford a good one, then see one - some are really bad though and a waste of money) they would likely use one or more of the methods in this book.

Many of the methods require you do some relaxation exercise. I literally just googled "relaxation exercises" when responding to another post and found these mp3s. I was using a tape, but I have been looking for some good relaxation mp3s, so I will probably try using them now.
