I think i suffer BDD. Am i right???

I possibly think i suffer from BDD, but im not sure. I have a dilemma over whether i am ugly or not. I really CANNOT tell. I have no idea how i look to other people. I have suffered from OCD since i was 10 years old and i think BDD maybe related to it. The thing is, i cannot determine whether i really DO have BDD or that i am just preoccupied with my ugliness. Am i really that ugly???? I feel like i am the ugliest guy in the world. I feel like everyone looks at me and is disgusted. Is this true??? Please tell the truth. I don't mind being delt bad news because my mind has given me it for what seems like an eternity. HONEST answers please. Do i have BDD or am i just plain ugly?????? Thanks!!!

ur not ugly. trust me. i also think that i have BDD and now i have SA and depression. and yes, i also know how it feels like to be preoccupied with my looks. it's terrible. but sometimes, i actually feel confident in myself, so it's not all bad. and i think other people have caused my BDD cuz they're always calling me ugly. But at the same time, there are people who say i'm pretty. :? and i have one friend who is tryin to be my counsellour in a way, and he keeps on tryin to boost my confidence and compliment me but it's kinda weird. i know he's just being a good friend but... o well. :roll:

one of my sayings is 'beauty is more worthwhile on the inside'. which is true. if there are people out there that don't like you on looks alone, then stuff them. they're not worth knowing. :wink: your true friends like you just the way you are.
