I hate that people smoke in side there apartment that shares walls with me

I don;t mind people smoking its there life and usualy it dosen;t bother me to much even when They are smoking in there apartment. I share a walls and a celing with 3 other apartments. I am not sure who smokes but I hate it. I can always smell the smoke and stuff bad in the bathroom because it wafts into my bathroom and down the small hall. Now that a new person moived in next door a few months ago my kitchen seems to have the same issues now too and I am guessing its the new person that is next door. Usual its just something I put up with because it usualy only last a few minutes. But I have been battleing a bad cold and Now on top of coughing becuase of the cold I am coughing because of the smoke and sneezing too. I know this because I seem to cough more when I smell the smoke and I have only been sneezing when the smell is around.I just wish they would at least take it out side sometimes. I can;t be to gudge mental about it though I smoked for around 15 years and I hated going out side when I smoked and never noticed the smell because I was used it it at the time and didn;t conzider how other people may have felt which was very selfish of me.
