how do you use your iontophoresis machine?

Hi i've had an idrostar machine for almost a year.I've used it both with water and now with the glycopyrolate solution.I can't seem to get very good results.I follow the protocal given doing hands first for ten minutes without changing the inverter switch and then do the same for my feet.Where am i going wrong.how do you use yours???/ :?
