Hi, think I need a little help with panic attacks

Hello everyone, Im a 29 year old male and for the past month I've been having some troubles in which all the symtoms could be panic attacks, or heart problems, or something else?

The first time it happened I thought I was having a heart attack, which Ive found is typical with first time panics. I went to the er and was admitted for 2.5 days. They did all kinds of blood tests and stress test and said I was normal.

here's what happened I woke up in the middle of the night, chest tight, panicing feeling waving over me, heart beating real fast, then slowing down, then fast again, breathing was shallow and as I tired to make my way to the living room I felt as if I was going to pass out.

The main (real scary) part lasted about 5 mins, but after that I felt weak, shaky, and sick for almost 2 days. Since then I have been having these symptoms (not nearly as bad though) come and go multiple times per day, every day, but decided they were just panic attacks and to not worry about them.

Lastnight I had four hardcore episodes in row, they just kept coming back, as soon as I started to calm down another wave would hit me. After it was over I still couldnt sleep becase I felt sick and the symptoms seemed to want to come back when I closed my eyes. Finally at around 5am this morning a I fell asleep, only to wake up around noon still feeling sick and shaky, still feeling tight chest ad weak.

I've noticed the after effects seem to be lasting all day, and really it seems there is always some underlying symptoms hanging around, like the tight chest feeling, and arm and hand tingles, and Im always a little shaky with my fingers....

I guess Im wondering if this is common with these attacks or not, I've been doing alot of research n,and heard plenty of the symptoms but the lenth and after effects, and frequency of the attacks is what I'm looking for.

Again, I went to the doc before and they couldn't find anything wrong heartwise, but this problem seems to be getting worse and although I dont know everything about panic attacks, I just seems like this is more than just anxiety.

Please comment and let me know what you think!
