My ob said it was fine to continue taking. Then I switched obís and the new one said to stop taking it - this was just on the phone so I figured that was just his response until my first appointment in the office. Has anyone else taken it during their pregnancy?

Why put your baby in danger?

"(US, AU): Benefit should outweigh risk. (UK): Not recommended".

"There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. It is not known whether this drug can cause fetal harm or adversely affect reproductive capacity in humans".

It seems to depend on what country you live in.

Do the benefits of taking it, outweigh taking the risk of harming your baby, for you?
Can you phone up your ob again and ask WHY he/she suggested you stop taking it?

I would strongly suggest against taking it because it has been linked with dementia.
