I was thinking how my family manages me and my personality and thought rather than criticising me in public or sly jabs about me weaknesses in any aspect of my life.

Rather than the aforementioned approach, I react well when someone puts an arm round me and provides support rather than admonishing me. That won't work for me. And for many years, compared to my younger days when I'd erupt in a rage, I keep my anger inside and that has resulted in a more distant, irritable person now.

I wish they'd tried to understand me compared to my siblings and maybe I'd be in a more happier place and able to tackle my anxiety issues with the support of my family.
