Clonidine for hyperhidrosis?

Good evening everyone.

I have read on the internet that Clonidine can help reduce hyperhidrosis, but I don't really know if that is true.
Have you ever taken Clonidine? if so, what were your results?
I started taking it two days ago, I suffer from palmoplantar hyperhidrosis. I will give it a week of two to see if there are any improvements.

I'm not trying to scare anyone but Clonidine caused me to have 3 seizures a couple of years ago.

Tried it...didn't do me any good...no reduction in sweating. Hate to squash any hopes but that is my experience. Didn't incur any negative effects either though so if you're otherwise healthy it's worth a try to see if it works for you.
