Every now and then I'm possessed by a confidence that says I can be different, but it doesn't seem to ever turn out that way.
It happened again today during one of my lab courses (the first week of real lab). I decided to chat up some of gals next to my station. In the beginning it went okay, but soon enough my mind started hitting the wall, and by the end of the 3 hours I was back to my sullen, quiet self and they were exchanging names and numbers with other guys who were around.
