Can Stimulants help SA.

Recently I started taking NO Doz tablets which are basically concentrated caffeine pills and have noticed that they have helped immensely. I become calmer, I can look people in the eye, the only problem is that the life of the effect has a small window, say a few hours.
I am not responding to SSRIs and was just curious whether anyone has gone down the path of Wellbutrin or another type of prescribed stimulant?

I've tried wellbutrin, but it didn't help me at all. Exercise could probably be substituted for stimulants. The thing that has helped me the most is ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy).
