are anti anxiety drugs available over the counter?

topic does what it says on the packet really.

since no one can tell me anything about GPs and their prescribing of anti anxiety meds or treatment of SA/AvPD, can someone tell me of any that are available "over the counter"?

so far, i have alcohol ... medicinal, you understand!!

but seriously, i NEED to know how to get hold of anti anxiety meds.
