A survey for those with hyperhidrosis

Hi all,

Hoping some of you might be interested in answering questions on an (anonymous!) hyperhidrosis-related survey I've developed. As a lifelong HH sufferer myself, I'm trying to gather information and experiences from others to help raise awareness and build resources for the HH community. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much! So far, the response has been amazing. I think this condition is long overdue to have a book written about what it means to live with it.
