I've been studying psychology papers at University for a couple of weeks now and have found them to be extremely useful, especially Social Psychology.
I am looking towards next year and whether I should continue with straight psych or include some other subjects that would also help with my anxiety.
More specifically, drama.
I see the study of psych as being essentially academic or cognitive.
As for the behavioural side, I thought that drama would be the best choice.
Anyone have experience with the study of drama and how has it affected SA? I've been doing toastmasters for almost a year and have felt this to be quite useful. But, once stopped, the confidence gained fades. I think that perhaps, in order to have social confidence, you need to avoid going without socialising too long. Otherwise, you simply forget how to.
Thanks,
