Hey I just joined and thought I'd introduce myself.
I've had SA for about 20 years but have only just been diagnosed, with my post natal depression. Just thought I was shy or self conscious or a loser or it was my personality, but didn't realize it was a "thing". Kind of happy to see there is a community of people I can connect with.
I'm Canadian but moved to Sydney, Australia 2 years ago. I'm having a hard time connecting and making friends and the isolation has added to my post natal depression. I had a baby 13 months ago.
If there are any other users in Sydney I'd love to meet up in person. I know it can be hard and cause lots of anxiety, but I'm dying to have some adult interactions!
