Hey guys!

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I would like to open up a thread on the how nutrition and physical health affects (effects? I'll never get that right...) our mental health.

Currently I'm eating only vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, and nuts (and taking the appropriate supplements). So far I feel much better! It has been a monumental struggle considering I was definitely a food junkie and self proclaimed meat-o-holic.

So if you'd like post some other health tips (nutrition/exercise plans/whatever) on how you keep yourself healthy!

We'll see how long this vegan thing lasts lol... I am trying though.
