complaint

I always feel guilty when I want to return something, or complain about a service/product, and the times I muster the courage to do it I end up being very apologetic. Most of the time though i just chicken out.

Unfortunately this time I have to try to get a refund on behalf of a friend. I anticipate resistance, and yelling, and technicalities, and ebsdflaksdjal

I never take anything back because i think people will be suspicious of my motives and i can't deal with their annoying questions.

Same. I am fussy when shopping because I know I wont be able to take it back later :?
