I've tried it for social anxiety and general anxiety and it worked well for me.
There are some good smart phone apps actually. That would be a good place to start to see how it goes.
Try CBT keeper. It has a picture of a blue lock on it. I hope I didn't break any rules by doing that. I have no affiliation with them, but have been using it for a while. It's good and well rounded. There are a few others as well.
