Anyone have allergy

I think i have milk allergy but i do not have insurance to check it out. What should i do?

You should only eat one banana a day - its really bad for you otherwise!

Em - what kind of reactions do you get? A friend of mine gets really stuffed up and his sinuses get really badly infected when he has anything with lactose in it.

I have allergies to pollen, dust, cleaning sprays, perfumes and the like!

i get hives if i eat bananas in high quantity like 2 for example, its like a red bumps very itchy rash which can spread everywhere



my step brother is lactose intolerant so i dunno if i am or might be in future?!

If I eat certain exotic fruits like mangos, I can get a rash around my lips. I still eat mangos though, I just make sure I don't let the mango touch my lips ^_^
