Hey, I saw your comment on the forum concerning sensimotor OCD. Do you know how to deal with the blinking compulsions in the hands-on way? What exercises did your therapist give you for the ERP/CBT? I haven't been helped with clear information on the mindset/approach I should have in dealing with this...
