I watched the one on SP. But to me they make it seem like it is only with people you don't know. For me it started affecting me with my familly. My sister, mom, and dad. I don't know... maybe it is just me. :roll:

ditto doesnt matter who it is for me. could be anyone even my mum...

I haven't had panick attacks all summer but now winter is here I have started feeling anxiety coming again, strange!

I'm sure it progresses that way for a lot of people..and also everyone's phobia is different. Mine is without any logic, and it changes all the time
