If I am able to go I will. I am not going to go out of my way but I think it would be cool to see who changed and who stayed the same

No, but it's not a hell to the freaking no either. It's just school, not a big deal. I don't harbor any resentment or anger towards anyone, and I wasn't bullied. But I didn't really fit in at the time and I know my classmates have kept in touch with one another in the decade since I left, so I'd feel awkward butting into that close knit clique. I'm sure I'd also be asked questions as to why I cut off contact with everyone once I left. I wouldn't be able to think of anything other than 'I don't enjoy being around people' - which is the truth, but I'm not sure it's a good enough reason in the eyes of most.

The only reason I would go years from now is to see how everyone has changed. And pray to god that I have by then.

I always thought that it would be kind of fun to go back to the reunion just to see how people have grown up and changed. It would be kind of interesting to see where people are/actually wound up compared to what their plans were in high school.

But, I think facebook has almost eliminated the need for a reunion. I mean, I have browsed profiles of people I went to school with and everyone is friends with everyone. Lots of people still keep in touch. What's the point of getting a reunion together when you know everyone on facebook? I almost think reunions are outdated.

So, I don't think I'd really go, definitely not to my 10 year reunion. Everyone is still in the same town, with the same friends, doing the same things. Seems kind of meh and boring.

Good point, but I don't have many school peers on Facebook, so a reunion would be to see how everyone has changed and if I remember their names. Still wouldn't go, though.

No - I let it pass by. The last one I was invited to was the 10 year reunion.

There's hardly anyone from school that I keep in touch with. It became pretty clear in my final two year that I wasn't the kind of person people wanted to hang around.

Sadly, I haven't changed all that much since those days. I'm sure all everyone's now properly grown up and different to how they were in school, but I'm content to leave school and my classmates in the past.

Having said that, I sometimes think back and wish things could have been different. Life was a lot simpler back then, even if I wasn't one of the cool crowd.

There are some things I wish I could have done - like coming out of my shell a bit more, studying harder - but these days I just leave it to nostalgia.

If there's a 15 or 20 year reunion, I may feel a little differently. Depends how I am as a person and where I am with my life and job.

The high school i whent to doesnt have high school re-unions... Though even if there was one, Id never go to it. The people I knew in high school i lost contact with years ago and I have no interest in ever talking to them again. Since people do change quite a bit over the years... So I might as well go hang out with a bunch of strangers for no apparent reason. The whole concept seems very pointless and a waste of time.

No, didn't really know anyone there, and I was a showoff at times, trying to impress people, becuase I hated being lonely and didn't want to show my weakness. So, can't find any reason to.

Nah, the only friends I had in highschool are the only friends I have now. No use meeting anyone else that they/I didn't have any interest in. I was pretty removed from my fellow peers so I doubt most people really remember me anyway.
