would you rather have crunchy or creamy?

do you think this might have anything to do with your social anxiety?

So to get an accurate response, i need to go ask a whole bunch of extroverts what type of PB they like? This is great!

I prefer crunchy personally. In Spain, they dont eat much peanut butter and the stuff they do sell is creamy....boooo!

I guess creamy but crunchy is nice too. It has to be the "natural" stuff though (the stuff you have to mix up first).

Nutella is made with hazelnuts, not peanuts. I think its nice to have both crunchy and smooth peanut butter in the house and to alternate depending on how you're feeling that day. The best contains only peanuts - no sugar, salt or stabilising fats. If peanut butter sticks to the top of my mouth when I'm trying to say something, it contributes to my anxiety in social settings.

You could be onto something here. I do remember a time in HS when it was break time, and I was just minding my own business, just eating some dry roasted peanuts (crunchy ones  ) and while this was happening, I remember getting set upon by 3 school chums. I also remember I nearly joked on a peanut while they were trying to manhandle me. Since that day, I haven’t eaten a single dry roasted peanut. I like the spreadable kind though.

Nothing will knock you out quicker than a couple of nice grilled peanut butter sandwiches with a glass of milk. But, that's not good for you either.

I'm trying to eat healthier. Eating a handful of raw almonds is tasty and good for you. No more carb crashing myself to sleep.

I don't think peanuts (or peanut butter) have anything to do with SA.

Ok I'm sorry if this really happened to you but I just tried to hold my laugh in and it came through my nose, now i'm not sure whether to feel guilty or not... but its just your way with words Shenmue. If that did happen i am sorry.... those little [email protected] probably got them already.

Well actually, I have a deadly peanut allergy and at a young age it made my mother very overprotective of me (you know, because I kept almost dying). This sheltered lifestyle may and may have left me overdependent on my overbearing mother, enabling me to go through life scared and without having to take any risks. This can be seen by whenever I am offered food I almost always decline, because I would need to ask the ingredients. So maybe peanut butter does affect my SA ::p: Who knows :idontknow:
