:: I left the house yesterday but stayed in the car. Managed to get out on Wednesday with my Mum and son. But mostly I stay home. I have no life outside these walls. I'm in prison and really seriously want to die sometimes. I hate these phobias. Hate them.

Normally I go out everyday because I like to walk but in the last few days the weather has been quite bad, so I have been staying at home.
I leave the house almost every day because of work..last few months it's worse than ever..my dad is driving me to work too often although I have only 15 minutes to walk..I don't know what would I do if he wouldn't drive me. Before 2 days I walk to work and just came round the corner where some group of younger boys stand and had a panic attack..they didn't even stare, but in my head they were and judging me..:: So I rather stay at home and don't go through this..

I have to work so I leave my home just about every day. Sometimes I just drive around the freeways for no reason on my days off. I don't know anyone other than family and usually have no where to go other than to work. You need to have friends to go out to places. It's extremely hard to meet people.

I’ve been out 3 or 4 times today alone.
I leave the house most days now. It’s a lot better than it was a few years ago when I’d only leave my apartment once a week to get groceries. Then I’d shut myself in for another 7 or 8 days until I literally ran out of food. :/

Today I went out and did a vegetation plot on a grassy headland. Then we went to a Swamp Forest. These are great days.
At the moment the hardest place for me to go is the local races. I'm expected to fit in, and my anxiety is racing. I always leave wondering whether I have annoyed anyone, because I did earlier this year. .

But for school, I would leave the house once per week or even less.And I'm not complaining about this.In fact I do enjoy staying inside and reading a book for example.But I'm worn out so I couldn't wake up early enough this morning for school and mum's just told me I'm playing truantI'm a little worried because I've never felt so tired...maybe it's because of the meds...dunno but what if tommorow I won't be able to wake up?
